Woolly Mammoth and her calf

What strikes me as so fascinating about the Woolly Mammoth is the fact that they were still roaming northern Siberia at the time the Pyramids were built! In this painting, I wanted to really play with the reflection of the snow upon the mammoth's ice-coated fur.
